Sorry
May 29, 2008What I said was wrong
I know you’re a good person
You didn’t mean to hurt me
I was making a big deal
When it really wasn’t big
So I just want to say
Sorry
Sorry for what I said
What I said was wrong
I know you’re a good person
You didn’t mean to hurt me
I was making a big deal
When it really wasn’t big
So I just want to say
Sorry
Sorry for what I said
There is just something about you
The way you tell jokes
How you laugh
When you look at me
I forget about what I’m thinking
What I’m doing
I just tingle all over
When I talk to you on the phone
My heart stops
I freak out and get excited
There’s just something about you
I don’t know
Why I like you
Why I think this
But there’s just something
Every time I look at you
I come to reality
That you have a girlfriend
And your moving
I may never see you again
But I want to get out of that
That though forever
And just picture us
Us together
Living happily ever after
But I come down from heaven to reality
When we have a friendship
It’s like a roller coaster
One day we are having fun
The next your mad at me
And when you want to talk to me
I’m very cautious
Because I’ll never know
What’s going to happen next
You might talk about me
Start rumors about me
Lie on me
So I’m very cautious
Because it’s like a roller coaster
What I feel is real
Real as the flowers
That is out my window
But the problem is that you’re moving
And I can’t get attached
But it’s too late
I love you too much
All I want is to be yours forever
Unfortunately, I can’t because you are moving
So I just have to love you right now
And move on when you go
Dear Dad,
I admire a lot of people. But the person I admire the most is, my dad. There are a lot of reasons why I respect him. Some reasons are close to my heart and mean a lot to me.
First, let me tell you a little about my dad. He’s 30 years old. Your probably thinking isn’t that a little young for a dad that has a 14 year old daughter. Well he isn’t exactly my real dad. He is my step dad, even though he is my step dad I recognize him as my real dad. My dad has been in my life since I was 5 or 6. He has been the father figure to me my whole life. I tell him almost everything.
If you think of what dads do, think of my dad five times over what regular dads do. My friends might think that my dad is too over protective, but if you look at it in his point of view, he just doesn’t want anything to happen to me. Sometimes that “over protective stuff” gets on my nerves. He doesn’t let me do what most normal kids do. But there is a very good reason why he is like that. And it’s the thought that counts.
So the point of this letter is to let you know that I am thankful for everything you have done for me. And what I will accomplishment because how you raised me. Thank you Dad you’re the greatest.

My PersonalAccomplishments
One of the accomplishments that I have is that I have actually made it to the 8th grade. The reason why this is a big accomplishment to me is because, I have always had trouble with my grades. My grades used to be like a chart that goes up and down. When I looked at my grades I realized that I am not stupid and I am not dumb. That I can do way better than what I am doing. So since I told myself that, I have been trying my hardest to get good grades. Sometimes I just try so hard and the work that I do isn’t paying off. So if I walk in the ceremony this year for good grades than I will officially know that I am smart.Another accomplishment that I have is taking care of my two brothers and one sister. Making sure that no harm comes there way. I try to be the “role model” for then and sometimes I am, but it is so hard. They are so smart, I am so thankful for them. Sometimes I just want to pull my hair out because they get on my nerves so bad.Another accomplishment I have is the time when I got an award from the superintendent. I got the award from my Tech Ed class. I was surprised when my teacher had told me because I have always hated his class. I got a certificate and a metal. I was so shocked because I have never gotten a metal for school because I have done so badly.
Dear Donna,
I know that we fight sometimes but, we are still friends through it all. That is why I am thankful that you are my friend. When we first met in gym class, we hit it off when we first talked to each other. When I am sad you now just what to do to make me laugh. When we are together all we do is laugh. Let’s all I know how to do when I am with you. No other of my friends can measure up to you. Even though I might act like I don’t want you around I just want you to make me laugh. This year, I think that at times we have grown apart. When we tell each other, we try so hard to get closer together. When some friends fight they grow apart. That wasn’t the case for us, every time we got into a fight it would bring us closer even more. That is what I valued the most about our friendship. Donna Maria Davis you are my number one friend. Compared to my other friends, you stand above everyone else. I totally agree with this number one rule.
Your Best Friend, Shayna
